About Shanise L. Ollie​

Shanise L. Ollie is a passionate Midwest mompreneur, educator, faith leader, and business professional dedicated to empowering women and small businesses. She is a devoted wife and mother with over a decade of ministry experience, having served in a variety of leadership roles including youth pastor, worship leader, and women's ministry strategist. Called to ministry at just seven years old, Shanise has committed her life to helping others find healing, purpose, and spiritual direction.

Professionally, Shanise is a seasoned entrepreneur and small business technical assistant, having supported hundreds of small businesses across 13 counties in Michigan. She is the founder of multiple ventures, including Belle Rebel Boutique (featured in Essence Online), Love Your Selfies Factory, Shanise L. Ollie Ministries LLC, and The INspire Movement LLC.

She currently serves as the Executive Director of Girls on the Run Mid Michigan, where she leads programs that inspire young girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Additionally, Shanise is an Adjunct Instructor in the Entrepreneurship Program at Mott Community College, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of business leaders.

In 2025, Shanise furthered her global perspective by studying International Business in Ghana, an experience that deepened her commitment to community impact and cross-cultural leadership.

In September 2018, she founded We As One, an online movement uniting millennial women in worship, prayer, and purpose. Through this growing community, Shanise continues to spread a fresh, authentic voice in ministry and mentorship, empowering women to, as she says, “heal, and do the work.”
