Shanise L. Ollie is a Midwest mompreneur who loves all things business, fashion, encouraging and leading women, and her Faith in God. Shanise is a wife, and a mother. She has served in ministry for 10+ years. Called from the very young age of 7 years old, Shanise has served in many different capacities. From youth pastoring, leading worship, and building systems to grow women's ministry. Shanise is an entrepreneur, and small business technical assistant working with hundreds of small businesses in 13 counties in Michigan.  It is Shanise's passion to serve and lead her generation. She has made it her life's mission to empower and encourage women to get engaged in their purpose, by encouraging them to, "heal, and do the work!."

In September of 2018 Shanise had a vision to bring millennial women together for worship and prayer, and We As One was born! We As One is an online community growing and cultivating a new fresh sound of millennial women rising up to pursue God and His plan for their lives. Shanise continues to spread her unique way of ministry throughout the world.
