Come Out of Your Dry Places!

Good Morning Loves,

I'm back at it!! If you didn't know I gave birth to my son about 4 weeks ago on August 9, 2016. Boy has it been a journey, and I'm glad that I made it through. Not without hiccups, but I'm sooooo grateful that God was in my midst through the whole thing. I will do a BLOG on my pregnancy journey soon....but for now as I've been home resting God has been showing me some things about myself that I would love to share with you all.

For years we will know and encounter the things that God had called us to put our hands to. And then we may encounter dry seasons where our visions and dreams that God gave have no movement. Just as dry as an old piece of bread. It is so easy for life to get busy, and we get into our routines. But it is so imperative that we don't let busyness turn into idleness. We have an opportunity everyday to be fruitful and put into the earth the very things that God has put into us.

Dry places can leave us bitter, fearful, doubtful, and it's not that these attributes can't produce in you a fight to move forward, it becomes a problem when we stay dry, and unwilling to continue the journey toward Gods best. At one time I was in a place where I felt because of my unbelief, and fear God wouldn't fulfill his purpose for my life. I felt weak, and disappointed that my faith wasn't as strong as my fear.

But God reminded me that his grace is sufficient, and that even in my fear, and doubt he could help me recall his goodness, and recall his faithfulness, and that would then activate his faith that rest on the inside of us. All of those great attributes that live on the inside of us have all been put in us by the most high God. No matter what we do it always live on the inside of us. It is up to us to activate. Even in dry seasons it is our job to stay in faith!

What God started in you, he has every intention to bring it to fruition.

In Ephesians 2:10

it says, "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God prepared in advance to do.

God always has a plan, even when we are in dry places, idle, not moving, or not even knowing what to do. What God can can do with our lives exceeds what you could ever ask or think. It's our job to stay in a place where we never stop soaking up his word, soaking up the will to keep fighting. So even when we encounter dry places what God already places on the inside of us is reactivated and you recall his faithfulness, and his hope to continue to bring you closer to him.

Stay in faith loves!
